Abstract
An information output device includes an output interface provided in a cabin of a vehicle and an output controller configured to use the output interface to output guidance information that is information for guiding an occupant so that a vehicle moves outside a host lane that is a lane in which the vehicle is traveling among one or more lanes formed on a road where the vehicle is located. The output controller differentiates an output position of the guidance information in accordance with a type of movement.
Claims9
An information output device comprising:
- an output interface provided in a cabin of a vehicle;
- and
- an output controller configured to use the output interface to output guidance information that is information for guiding an occupant so that a vehicle moves outside a host lane that is a lane in which the vehicle is traveling among one or more lanes formed on a road where the vehicle is located,
- wherein the output controller differentiates an output position of the guidance information in accordance with a type of movement.
An information output method using a computer mounted on a vehicle where an output interface is provided in a cabin, the information output method comprising:
- using the output interface to output guidance information that is information for guiding an occupant so that a vehicle moves outside a host lane that is a lane in which the vehicle is traveling among one or more lanes formed on a road where the vehicle is located;
- and
- differentiating an output position of the guidance information in accordance with a type of movement.
A non-transitory storage medium storing a program for causing a computer, which is mounted on a vehicle where an output interface is provided in a cabin, to:
- use the output interface to output guidance information that is information for guiding an occupant so that a vehicle moves outside a host lane that is a lane in which the vehicle is traveling among one or more lanes formed on a road where the vehicle is located;
- and
- differentiate an output position of the guidance information in accordance with a type of movement.
