System

A system comprising:

• a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network;
• a storage device;
• and
• circuitry configured to:
• store and manage, in the storage device, item attribute data comprising normalized data records including category identifiers, color values, material classification codes, and classification mark data associated with items registered by a user;
• acquire environmental condition data from an external information provision apparatus via the communication interface, and analyze a psychological state of the user based on at least one of input text data, image data, and voice data to generate psychological state information comprising emotion classification scores;
• generate a prompt sentence for a generative neural network model by combining the item attribute data, the environmental condition data, the psychological state information, and preference history data accumulated from prior user interactions, input the prompt sentence to the generative neural network model, and acquire output data;
• analyze the output data to convert the output data into structured proposal data, associate the structured proposal data with the item attribute data to identify matching stored items, and identify item types not present in the storage device to generate acquisition procedure information;
• transmit, via the communication interface, display data comprising identifiers of the matching stored items, the structured proposal data, and the acquisition procedure information to a terminal device;
• and
• receive selection result data and evaluation data from the terminal device, store the selection result data and the evaluation data as the preference history data, and update a generation condition of the prompt sentence based on the preference history data.

A method comprising:

• storing and managing, in a storage device, item attribute data registered by a user via a terminal device, the item attribute data comprising at least category data, color data, material data, and classification mark data organized in a plurality of storage areas divided by attribute;
• acquiring environmental condition data from an external information provision apparatus via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, and storing the environmental condition data in the storage device;
• analyzing a psychological state of the user based on at least one of input text data, image data, and voice data to generate psychological state information;
• generating a prompt sentence for a generative neural network model based on the item attribute data, the environmental condition data, and the psychological state information, inputting the prompt sentence to the generative neural network model, and acquiring output data from the generative neural network model;
• analyzing the output data to convert the output data into structured proposal data, and associating the structured proposal data with the item attribute data stored in the storage device to identify matching stored items;
• and
• transmitting, via the communication interface, display data comprising identifiers of the matching stored items and the structured proposal data to the terminal device.
