Abstract
A rotating laser has a housing, in which, for rotation of a laser beam, a drive unit having a stator and a rotor for rotatably driving a spindle is arranged. The stator forms an interior receptacle, which is provided with a fixing receptacle. The spindle is fixed, by way of a fixing element arranged in the fixing receptacle, in the direction of its longitudinal extent in the interior receptacle.

A rotating laser, comprising:
- a housing;
- and
- a drive unit arranged in the housing and configured to rotate a laser beam, the drive unit having a stator and a rotor configured to rotatably drive a spindle,
- wherein the stator is configured to form an interior receptacle, which is provided with a fixing receptacle, and
- wherein the spindle is fixed, by way of a fixing element arranged in the fixing receptacle, in the direction of its longitudinal extent in the interior receptacle.
