Thermal chamber type cooling plate structure with improved cooling performance

A thermal chamber type cooling plate structure with improved cooling performance, the thermal chamber type cooling plate structure comprising:

• a chamber type cooling plate (110) configured to come into direct contact with skin and receive heat;
• a heat transfer cooling plate (120) tightly attached and coupled to the chamber type cooling plate (110) and configured to simultaneously absorb heat, which is generated from a needle cartridge accommodated in the heat transfer cooling plate (120), and heat generated from the skin;
• a Peltier thermoelectric element (130) fixedly coupled to the heat transfer cooling plate 120 and configured to transfer heat, which is absorbed by the heat transfer cooling plate (120), in an opposite direction;
• and
• a water block (140) provided to be in contact with the Peltier thermoelectric element (130) and having a cooling fin and a coolant flow path formed therein to discharge heat, which is discharged from the Peltier thermoelectric element (130), to the outside,
• wherein the chamber type cooling plate (110) and the heat transfer cooling plate (120) are made of a metallic material with high thermal conductivity,
• wherein a flow rate adjustment valve configured to adjust a flow of a coolant is disposed in the water block (140), and
• wherein the Peltier thermoelectric element (130) is configured such that a thermally conductive bonding agent is interposed between a contact portion of the Peltier thermoelectric element (130) and the heat transfer cooling plate (120) to reduce contact resistance and improve heat transfer efficiency.
