A thermoelectric heat pipe thermal management system comprises cooling plates arranged in a spatially distributed configuration, each plate having a thermally conductive base structure and thermal interface pads dimensioned to receive thermoelectric modules that establish thermal contact with the cooling plate. The system includes solid-state thermoelectric modules with configurable bismuth telluride semiconductor pellet densities interconnected by conductive traces between ceramic substrates, generating cold zones at first surfaces and hot zones at second surfaces when electrical current is applied. Heat pipes with dual-offset geometric configuration comprising lateral bends and radiator connection shifts contain internal wick structures and working fluid for phase-change thermal transport, connecting evaporator sections at cooling plates to condenser sections at a radiator assembly. Vapor generated at evaporators travels via pressure differential to radiator condensers where forced convection enables condensation, with liquid returning to complete continuous thermodynamic cycles without external pumping, enabling modular scalability and multi-zone cooling with inherent redundancy.
