Reconfigurable cooking appliance

A method of operating a cooking appliance, the method comprising:

• receiving, by a processor of the cooking appliance at a first time, first data from one or more sensors of the cooking appliance;
• determining, by the processor based on the first data, that the cooking appliance is in a first orientation of a plurality of orientations;
• determining, by the processor, a first set of cooking modes based on the first orientation;
• displaying, by the processor on a display of the cooking appliance, the first set of cooking modes;
• receiving an input indicative of selection of a first cooking mode from the first set of cooking modes;
• and
• operating the cooking appliance based on the first cooking mode.

A cooking appliance comprising:

• a heating system;
• an airflow control system;
• a housing that defines a chamber;
• a plurality of air flow channels;
• and
• a plurality of doors coupled to the housing, wherein:
• the chamber includes four surfaces and each of the four surfaces has a plurality of supports disposed thereon, each of the plurality of supports on each of the four surfaces configured to accept a removable accessory;
• and
• the airflow control system includes a rotating air flow director configured to selectively block one or more of the plurality of air flow channels.

A method comprising, by a cooking appliance:

• determining an orientation of the cooking appliance;
• selecting one or more of a plurality of airflow channels of the cooking appliance;
• and
• operating an airflow director to direct airflow toward the selected one or more airflow channels.

A cooking appliance comprising:

• one or more cooking chambers;
• one or more airflow directors in fluid communication with the one or more cooking chambers;
• and
• one or more airflow channels in fluid communication with the one or more airflow channels directors.
