Premixer assembly and combustion device including the same

A premixer assembly, comprising:

• a first premixer and a second premixer respectively configured as separate premixers independent of each other, and each comprising a housing portion that forms a gas flow path with one end serving as an air inlet and the other end serving as an air-fuel mixture outlet, a fuel gas outlet that allows fuel gas to flow out to the gas flow path by negative pressure, which is generated when air flows through the gas flow path, to enable generation of an air-fuel mixture of the air and the fuel gas, and a flapper that opens and closes the gas flow path so that a degree of blockage of the gas flow path changes in response to a flow rate of air supplied to the gas flow path;
• an air-fuel mixture collecting member comprising openings for air-fuel mixtures flowing out from the air-fuel mixture outlets of both the first premixer and the second premixer to flow thereinto, and an air-fuel mixture collecting outlet that collects the air-fuel mixtures for the air-fuel mixtures to flow out;
• and
• an air flow rate imbalance means causing a difference between air flow rates in the gas flow paths of the first premixer and the second premixer so that simultaneous opening and closing operations of the flappers of the first premixer and the second premixer are avoided.

A premixer assembly, comprising:

• a first premixer and a second premixer respectively configured as separate premixers independent of each other, and each comprising a housing portion that forms a gas flow path with one end serving as an air inlet and the other end serving as an air-fuel mixture outlet, a fuel gas outlet that allows fuel gas to flow out to the gas flow path by negative pressure, which is generated when air flows through the gas flow path, to enable generation of an air-fuel mixture of the air and the fuel gas, and a flapper that opens and closes the gas flow path so that a degree of blockage of the gas flow path changes in response to a flow rate of air supplied to the gas flow path;
• and
• an air-fuel mixture collecting member comprising openings for air-fuel mixtures flowing out from the air-fuel mixture outlets of both the first premixer and the second premixer to flow thereinto, and an air-fuel mixture collecting outlet that collects the air-fuel mixtures for the air-fuel mixtures to flow out,
• wherein the first premixer and the second premixer have flappers with different inclinations so that simultaneous opening and closing operations of the flappers are avoided.
