Abstract

A submersible electronics module (17) encloses electronics (18, 47, 49). The submersible electronics module (17) has a first end section (23) and a second end section (25). The first end section (23) of the submersible electronics module (17) includes a first coupling section releasably couplable to a submersible pump module (13). The second end section (25) of the submersible electronics module (17) includes a second coupling section releasably couplable to a submersible motor module (15). The submersible electronics module (17) includes an intermediary drive shaft section (45), which is releasably couplable to a motor drive shaft section (43) of the submersible motor module (15) for receiving a torque from the motor drive shaft section (43). The intermediary drive shaft section (45) is releasably couplable to a pump drive shaft section (35) of the submersible pump module (13) for transferring the torque to the pump drive shaft section (35).
