Abstract

The present invention discloses an oil storage device for a compressor and a compressor having the same, comprising a counterweight directly or indirectly mounted on a crankshaft, wherein at least one of the counterweight and the crankshaft is provided with or connected to an oil storage structure, the oil storage structure is configured to store a certain amount of lubricating oil, so that during initial startup of a compressor, as the counterweight rotates, the lubricating oil in the oil storage structure can splash onto an orbiting scroll end plate or a thrust surface of the compressor. The present invention provides various oil storage device solutions, through which lubricating oil can be supplied immediately after the compressor is started up, effectively shortening the time for the compressor to receive lubrication from startup to the thrust surface, thereby avoiding wear caused during this period.
