Abstract
A clip for sheet material with a free end, having opposing first and second clip sections, each having a top, bottom, outside, and an inside facing the other clip section and a locking flange extending from the inside between the top and bottom. The locking flanges are shaped to engage with each other in a plurality of positions. The first clip section has a gripping flange adjacent to the top of the first clip section and the second clip section has a gripping recess adjacent to the top of the second clip section shaped complementary to the gripping flange to fit together to form a gripping portion of the clip for retaining the free end of the sheet material therein.

A clip for sheet material with a free end, the clip comprising:
- opposing first and second clip sections, each having a top, bottom, outside, and an inside facing the other clip section and a locking flange extending from the inside between the top and bottom;
- wherein the locking flanges are shaped to engage with each other in a plurality of positions;
- and
- wherein the first clip section has a gripping flange adjacent to the top of the first clip section and the second clip section has a gripping recess adjacent to the top of the second clip section shaped complementary to the gripping flange to fit together to form a gripping portion of the clip.
