Abstract
A method for manufacturing a panel, in particular a wall, ceiling, furniture or flooring panel, by means of a synchronized embossing process, the method comprising the following steps: providing a carrier plate; providing a decorative paper with a decorative pattern; and providing pressing means having an embossing structure; wherein the decorative paper with the decorative pattern and/or the pressing means having the embossing structure were made taking into account a dimensional expansion of the decorative paper and/or of the pressing means during the manufacturing of a panel.

A method for manufacturing a panel, in particular a wall, ceiling, furniture or flooring panel, by means of a synchronized embossing process, the method comprising the following steps:
- providing a carrier plate;
- providing a decorative paper with a decorative pattern;
- and
- providing pressing means having an embossing structure;
- wherein the decorative paper with the decorative pattern and/or the pressing means having the embossing structure were made taking into account a dimensional expansion of the decorative paper and/or of the pressing means during the manufacturing of a panel.
A system for manufacturing a panel, in particular a wall, ceiling, furniture or flooring panel, the system comprising:
- a carrier plate;
- a decorative paper with a decorative pattern;
- and
- pressing means having an embossing structure;
- wherein the pressing means are configured to perform a synchronized embossing process with the plate and the decorative paper;
- wherein the paper with the decorative pattern and/or the pressing means having the embossing structure were made taking into account a dimensional expansion of the decorative paper and/or of the pressing means during the manufacturing of a panel.
