Abstract

A pre-assembled construction panel comprises an inner surface, an outer surface, a plurality of utility service channels disposed between the inner surface and the outer surface, and spray foam disposed in the areas between the inner surface and the outer surface where the plurality of utility service channels are not disposed. A housing unit assembly comprises a construction panel, a ceiling panel, a floor panel, and one or more framing panels. The construction panel comprises an inner surface, an outer surface, and a plurality of utility service channels disposed between the inner surface and the outer surface. The construction panel is securely attached to the ceiling panel, the floor panel, and the one or more framing panels. The ceiling panel, floor panel, and one or more framing panels do not include any utility service channels.

A pre-assembled construction panel comprising:

an inner surface spanning a first edge side to a second edge side;
an outer surface spanning the first edge side to the second edge side;
a plurality of utility service channels disposed between the inner surface and the outer surface;
and
spray foam disposed in the areas between the inner surface and the outer surface where the plurality of utility service channels are not disposed.
