Abstract
A control device for a flush valve of a toilet includes at least a communication interface, a sensor, and a processor. The communication interface is configured to wirelessly receive at least one flush configuration setting for the toilet. The sensor is configured to generate sensor data for at least a presence of a user. The processor is configured to generate a control signal for the flush valve of the toilet based on the wirelessly received at least one configuration setting for the toilet or in response to the sensor data.
Claims20
A programming device for configuring a flush valve controller of a toilet, the programming device comprising:
- a communication interface configured to wirelessly communicate with the flush valve controller;
- a processor;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the programming device to:
- receive, via the communication interface, data indicative of a plurality of flush options for the flush valve controller;
- present the plurality of flush options;
- receive a user input selecting at least one flush configuration setting from the plurality of flush options;
- and
- transmit, via the communication interface, a command including the selected at least one flush configuration setting to the flush valve controller to program an operation of a flush valve.
A mobile device for managing a flush valve of a toilet, the mobile device comprising:
- a user input device;
- a display;
- a wireless communication interface;
- and
- a processor communicatively coupled to the user input device, the display, and the wireless communication interface, wherein the processor is configured to:
- receive, via the wireless communication interface, a fault code from a controller of the flush valve;
- present maintenance data corresponding to the fault code on the display;
- receive, via the user input device, a user input to modify an operational parameter of the flush valve;
- and
- transmit the modified operational parameter to configure subsequent operations of the flush valve.
A programming device for adjusting sensor detection parameters of a flush valve controller, the programming device comprising:
- a display configured to present a user interface;
- a communication interface;
- and
- a processor communicatively coupled to the display and the communication interface, the processor configured to:
- present, via the user interface, one or more configuration settings for a sensor of the flush valve controller, the one or more configuration settings including at least one of a detection time period, a sensor range, or a sensor sensitivity;
- receive a user input modifying the at least one of the configuration settings;
- and
- transmit, via the communication interface, a command to the flush valve controller to operate the sensor according to the modified at least one configuration setting.
