Niobium-titanium alloy precision strip and its manufacturing method

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of the preparation of niobium-titanium alloy, in particular to a niobium-titanium alloy precision strip and its manufacturing method. According to mass percentage, the composition of the niobium-titanium alloy precision strip provided in the present disclosure includes Ti 46-57% and Nb 43-54%, the thickness of the niobium-titanium alloy precision strip is ≤0.6 mm; the manufacturing method of the niobium-titanium alloy precision strip provided in the present disclosure includes following steps: cogging an ingot to obtain a slab, and forging the slab; heating the forged slab, warm rolling the slab for several times to obtain strip blank, wherein, the total process rate of the warm rolling is 60-80%; performing surface treatment of the warm-rolled slab to remove surface oxide scale to obtain cold rolling blank; performing coil-type method cold rolling of the cold rolling blank to obtain the niobium-titanium alloy precision strip by using special roll, wherein, the special roll is special-shaped roll with large middle diameter, small edge diameter and smooth transition between the large middle and the small edge.
