Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing cadaverine adipate, comprising: a first step of obtaining lysine adipate by culturing an L-lysine-producing microorganism in a medium to which adipate is added in the form of diammonium adipate; and a second step of converting lysine adipate into cadaverine adipate.
Claims13
A method for preparing cadaverine adipate, comprising:
- a first step of obtaining lysine adipate by culturing an L-lysine-producing microorganism in a medium to which adipate is added in the form of diammonium adipate;
- and
- a second step of converting lysine adipate into cadaverine adipate, wherein the amount of adipate added is contained in a molar ratio of 0.85 to 1.05 compared to the amount of cadaverine in the process solution after the second step.
