Abstract
A method for producing a target product from biomass waste is provided, including the following steps. (A) putting strain A into a first culture medium made from biomass waste for degradation and fermentation, inactivating reacted material, and isolating cell debris of the strain, wherein the strain A is an organic matter degrading strain; and (B) using the cell debris obtained in step (A) as a second culture medium, introducing a transgenic strain B into the second culture medium for heterologous gene expression, and isolating to obtain the target product.

A method for producing a targeted product from biomass waste, the method comprising:
- (A) putting strain A into a first culture medium made from biomass waste for degradation and fermentation, inactivating reacted material, and isolating cell debris of the strain, wherein the strain A is an organic matter degrading strain;
- and
- (B) using the cell debris obtained in step (A) as a second culture medium, introducing a transgenic strain B into the second culture medium for heterologous gene expression, and isolating to obtain the target product.
