A light-controlled element NES-Ms2-Lans5 includes, sequentially in an order from 5′ to 3′, a NES gene fragment, an Ms2 gene fragment, and a Lans5 gene fragment. Each gene fragment is linked via a linker. A light-controlled CRISPR component including the aforementioned light-controlled element, a gene targeting element, and a gene regulatory element is provided. According to the light-controlled CRISPR component, a method for light-controlled target gene expression is provided. A strategy to achieve gene editing by regulating an intracellular localization of sgRNA is firstly provided, enabling activation and expression of specific genes.
A light-controlled element nuclear export signal (NES)-MS2 bacteriophage coat protein (Ms2)-light-activated nuclear shuttling (Lans5), comprising, sequentially in an order from 5′ to 3′, a NES gene fragment, an Ms2 gene fragment, and a Lans5 gene fragment;
