The present invention relates to an in-vitro aging model having a multilayer structure and, in particular, to: an in-vitro aging model which is an in-vitro model used in tissue aging research and comprises an extracellular matrix having a multilayer structure; and a method for producing same. Most of the cellular structures of an organism are three-dimensionally organized, resulting in complex intercellular interactions that cannot be mimicked in two-dimensional monolayer cell cultures. Therefore, the need for in-vitro models that closely mimic the morphology of three-dimensional cell structures is increasing for the development of highly bioresponsive technologies in various fields such as disease research, personalized medicine, and new drug development. The in-vitro aging model of the present invention can mimic the three-dimensional structures of various tissues depending on the type of cell applied since the model implements the multilayer ECM structure as it is, and in particular, is similar to the ECM structure of skin tissue, and thus is expected to be greatly used in skin aging research.
