A culture medium for expansion culture of a mammalian hematopoietic stem cell, the culture medium comprising:
- a glutamate dehydrogenase inhibitor as an active ingredient.
A production method for a hematopoietic stem cell, the production method comprising:
- subjecting a mammalian hematopoietic stem cell to expansion culture in a culture medium containing, as an active ingredient, a glutamate dehydrogenase inhibitor.
A cell preparation comprising:
- a mammalian hematopoietic stem cell in which glutamate dehydrogenase is inactivated or deficient.
