Abstract

An organ-on-a-chip system is provided with a box structure, an organ-on-a-chip, a cover structure, and at least one tube. The box structure has an opening and includes at least one partition wall, and the interior of the box structure is divided into a plurality of spaces by the at least one partition wall. The organ-on-a-chip is disposed inside the box structure, and the organ-on-a-chip has at least one connecting hole connected to the at least one tube. The cover structure is disposed on the box structure and covers the interior of the box structure. The cover structure has at least one through hole corresponding to the at least one connecting hole of the organ-on-a-chip. The at least one tube is connected to the at least one connecting hole and the at least one through hole, and is adapted to allow fluid to pass through.
