The invention comprises a method for processing waste material with a supercritical fluid to produce a Fischer-Tropsch process input, comprising the steps of breaking down the waste material in the supercritical fluid in a supercritical fluid chamber and incorporating at least supercritical water in the supercritical fluid, optionally including any of the steps of: maintaining a pressure of greater than two hundred seventeen bar in the supercritical fluid chamber; monitoring at least one breakdown process of the waste material with light from a spectrometer; transferring into an input chamber of the Fischer-Tropsch process an auxiliary hydrogen gas from a non-supercritical fluid source; feeding back into the supercritical fluid chamber at least one byproduct generated in the Fischer-Tropsch system; and generating a fuel, in the Fischer-Tropsch system incorporating the Fischer-Tropsch process, with at least a twelve carbon aliphatic.
