Abstract
A biodegradable composition including polybutylene adipate terephthalate, and polybutylene adipate terephthalate with maleic acid ester-bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group. The polybutylene adipate terephthalate with maleic acid ester-bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group contains maleic acid in an amount of 2.0% by weight or more 5.0% by weight or less.

A biodegradable composition comprising:
- polybutylene adipate terephthalate;
- and
- polybutylene adipate terephthalate with maleic acid ester-bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group,
- wherein the polybutylene adipate terephthalate with maleic acid ester-bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group contains maleic acid in an amount of 2.0% by weight or more 5.0% by weight or less.

- polybutylene adipate terephthalate;
- and
- polybutylene adipate terephthalate with maleic acid ester-bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group,
