Abstract
The present invention relates to a prolactin receptor antibody and the use thereof, and specifically relates to a PRLR-targeting antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, or a variant having at least 85% sequence identity with the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and retaining its PRLR binding activity, wherein the antibody targets the extracellular domain of the prolactin receptor. The provided antibody binds to PRLR with high affinity.

An antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof targeting PRLR, or a variant having at least 85% sequence identity with the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof and retaining the PRLR binding activity, wherein the antibody targets the extracellular domain of the prolactin receptor.
