Antibody binding to il-18 receptor, il-18 receptor activator, and use thereof

An antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to an IL-18 receptor, wherein the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof binds to IL-18R1 or IL-18RAP and comprises a heavy chain variable region;

• and
• wherein, the complementary determining regions of the heavy chain variable region of the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to IL-18R1 are any one of the following (1)-(5):
• (1) the amino acid sequence of the complementary determining region CDR1 of the heavy chain variable region is set forth in SEQ ID NO. 27, or it is a sequence variant having at least 80% homology to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 27,
• the amino acid sequence of the complementary determining region CDR2 of the heavy chain variable region is set forth in SEQ ID NO. 28, or it is a sequence variant having at least 80% homology to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 28,
• the amino acid sequence of the complementary determining region CDR3 of the heavy chain variable region is set forth in SEQ ID NO. 29 or SEQ ID NO. 51, or it is a sequence variant having at least 80% homology to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 29 or SEQ ID NO. 51;
• (2) the amino acid sequence of the complementary determining region CDR1 of the heavy chain variable region is set forth in SEQ ID NO. 30, or it is a sequence variant having at least 80% homology to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 30,
• the amino acid sequence of the complementary determining region CDR2 of the heavy chain variable region is set forth in SEQ ID NO. 31, or it is a sequence variant having at least 80% homology to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 31,
