Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a salt form and crystal form of a thienopyrimidine compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Specifically, provided are a salt form and crystal form of the compound of formula I, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug as a GnRH receptor antagonist.
Claims15
A crystal form A of the compound of formula I, having, in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern using Cu-Kα radiation, characteristic diffraction peaks at the following 2θ angles:
- 7.2390±0.2°, 8.7232±0.2°, 10.5072±0.2°, 12.4670±0.2°, 18.6162±0.2°, 19.6161±0.2°, and 22.1387±0.2°;
- preferably, the crystal form A has characteristic diffraction peaks at the following 2θ angles:
- 7.2390±0.2°, 8.7232±0.2°, 10.5072±0.2°, 10.9392±0.2°, 12.4670±0.2°, 17.6527±0.2°, 18.6162±0.2°, 19.6161±0.2°, 22.1387±0.2°, 23.4047±0.2°, and 27.3319±0.2°;
- more preferably, the X-ray powder diffraction pattern using Cu-Kα radiation is shown in FIG. 1-1,
A pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of formula I, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is selected from the group consisting of a hydrochloride, sulfate, phosphate, maleate, tartrate, fumarate, citrate, malate, hippurate, lactate, succinate, acetate, p-toluenesulfonate, methanesulfonate, benzenesulfonate, oxalate, malonate, gentisate, or benzoate;
- preferably a hydrochloride, fumarate, L-malate, methanesulfonate, benzenesulfonate, or gentisate.
