A compound of formula I′:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- Ring A is a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-3 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur;
- R1 is selected from
- R2 is a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-3 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur or a 9- to 10-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-4 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur, wherein R2 is substituted with 0-3 instances of Ry;
- R3 is selected from C1-6 aliphatic, a 3- to 6-membered saturated or partially unsaturated carbocyclic ring, a 5- to 7-membered bridged bicyclic carbocyclic ring, a 6- to 8-membered spirocyclic carbocyclic ring, phenyl, a 10-membered aryl ring, a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-3 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur, and an 8- to 10-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-4 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur, wherein R3 is substituted with 0-4 instances of Rz;
- each Rx is selected from optionally substituted C1-6 aliphatic, —N(R)2, and —OR;
