Insulated box

An insulated box having a multi-layer composite thermal insulation structure, comprising:

• a box body and a top cover configured to open and close the box body, wherein the box body has a top opening and defines a receiving cavity configured to accommodate articles;
• and
• wherein the box body comprises a bottom wall and a side wall surrounding a periphery of the bottom wall;
• the side wall comprises, in sequence from inside to outside, a box body inner lining layer, a side wall composite thermal insulation board and a box body outer layer, wherein both the box body inner lining layer and the box body outer layer are thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layers;
• the top cover comprises, in sequence from inside to outside, a top cover inner lining layer, a top cover composite thermal insulation board and a top cover outer layer, wherein both the top cover inner lining layer and the top cover outer layer are TPU layers;
• the bottom wall is provided with a bottom inner lining layer and a bottom composite thermal insulation board;
• the side wall composite thermal insulation board, the top cover composite thermal insulation board and the bottom composite thermal insulation board each comprise a fiber layer, a metal reflective layer, a gel layer and a glass fiber thermal insulation layer stacked in sequence.
