Abstract
A microwave heating film is provided that includes a first resin film, a microwave reception layer over the first resin film, and one or more heat generation layers in contact with the microwave reception layer. The microwave reception layer includes a metallic particle and has a resistivity of 7.0×10−5 Ω·m or less. The one or more heat generation layers have a resistivity of 1.6×10−5 Ω·m to 8.0×10−3 Ω·m.

A microwave heating film comprising:
- a first resin film;
- a microwave reception layer over the first resin film, the microwave reception layer including a metallic particle and having a resistivity of 7.0×10−5 Ω·m or less;
- and
- one or more heat generation layers in contact with the microwave reception layer, the one or more heat generation layers having a resistivity of 1.6×10−5 Ω·m to 8.0×10−3 Ω·m.

A method for manufacturing a microwave heating film, the method comprising:
- forming a microwave reception layer over a first resin film, the microwave reception layer including a metallic particle and having a resistivity of 7.0×10−5 Ω·m or less;
- and
- forming one or more heat generation layers in contact with the microwave reception layer over the first resin film, the one or more heat generation layers having a resistivity of 1.6×10−5 Ω·m to 8.0×10−3 Ω·m.
