Electric outboard machine

An electric outboard machine for propelling a boat, comprising:

• a case provided in a lower part of the electric outboard machine;
• a propeller rotatably supported in the case;
• and
• a motor provided in the case and configured to rotate the propeller,
• wherein the case includes:
• a cylindrical portion including an axis extending in a front-rear direction, the cylindrical portion being formed in a cylindrical shape with an open front side, and the cylindrical portion being provided with a motor accommodating portion in which the motor is accommodated;
• an outer lid coupled to a peripheral edge portion of an opening portion on a front side of the cylindrical portion, and the outer lid being configured to close the opening portion;
• a plate-shaped member provided in the cylindrical portion behind the outer lid and in front of the motor accommodating portion, the plate-shaped member having a plate-like outer shape extending in up-down and left-right directions in an overall view, the plate-shaped member being fitted into the cylindrical portion and fixed to the cylindrical portion, and
• a connecting member configured to connect the outer lid and the plate-shaped member to each other.
