Foldable mobility scooter

A foldable mobility scooter, comprising a chassis, a first support rod, a second support rod, a seat base, a swing link, and a latch fastener;

• wherein a lower end of the first support rod is pivotally connected to the chassis, and an upper end of the first support rod is movably connected to a rear end of the seat base;
• the second support rod and the first support rod are arranged in a crossed manner and are pivotally connected to each other at middle parts thereof;
• an upper end of the second support rod is pivotally connected to a front end of the seat base, a lower end of the second support rod is pivotally connected to one end of the swing link, and another end of the swing link is pivotally connected to the chassis;
• the latch fastener is pivotally connected to the lower end of the second support rod and engaged with and locked to the chassis when the mobility scooter is unfolded;
• wherein a pivot shaft for the latch fastener on the second support rod is coaxial with a pivot shaft connecting the second support rod and the swing link;
• and an operating rod is connected between two latch fasteners on opposite sides of the chassis.
