Abstract
A vehicle having: a body provided with a windscreen and two front pillars, each laterally delimiting the windscreen; and a windscreen wiper system provided with one single arm, with a blade, which is coupled to the arm and is pushed by the arm against an outer surface of the windscreen, and with an actuator device configured to move the arm on the windscreen with an alternating movement entailing at least one section, in which the arm makes a pure translation linear movement, and configured to arrange the arm in a rest position, in which the arm remains stationary when the windscreen wiper system is turned off. In the rest position, the arm is arranged close to a front pillar.
Claims15
A vehicle, comprising:
- a body provided with a windscreen and with two front pillars, each laterally delimiting the windscreen;
- and
- a windscreen wiper system provided with one single arm, with a blade, which is coupled to the arm and is pushed by the arm against an outer surface of the windscreen, and with an actuator device configured to move the arm on the windscreen with an alternating movement entailing at least one section, in which the arm makes a pure translation linear movement, and configured to arrange the arm in a rest position, in which the arm remains stationary when the windscreen wiper system is turned off;
- wherein, in the rest position, the arm is arranged parallel to a front pillar and close to the front pillar;
- wherein the arm comprises a structural element, on which the blade is directly fixed;
- wherein the arm comprises a first covering element, which is arranged on top of the structural element on the side opposite the blade and completely covers the structural element so that the structural element is completely hidden under the first covering element;
- wherein the first covering element has a greater extension than the structural element and, therefore, the first covering element completely covers the structural element;
- and
- wherein in the rest position, the first covering element rests against the front pillar and is arranged in continuity with the front pillar.
