Abstract
To enable appropriate information to be presented to a driver using a pseudo powertrain sound. An in-vehicle system according to an aspect of the present technique acquires travel information indicating a travel state of a vehicle and changes a sound source position of a pseudo powertrain sound outputted in the vehicle according to the travel information. The present technique can be applied to electric vehicles including a function to output pseudo powertrain sounds.
Claims15
An in-vehicle system, comprising:
- an acquiring unit configured to acquire travel information indicating a travel state of a vehicle;
- an acoustic control unit configured to change a sound source position of a pseudo powertrain sound outputted in the vehicle according to the travel information;
- and
- a travel planning unit configured to plan a planned travel state, wherein
- the acoustic control unit is further configured to set the sound source position to a reference position in response to an actual travel state of the vehicle represented by the travel information matching the planned travel state, and change the sound source position to another position different from the reference position in response to the actual travel state being different from the planned travel state, and
- the acquiring unit, the acoustic control unit, and the travel planning unit are each implemented via at least one processor.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium having embodied thereon a program, which when executed by a computer causes the computer to execute a processing method, the method comprising:
- acquiring travel information indicating a travel state of a vehicle;
- changing a sound source position of a pseudo powertrain sound outputted in the vehicle according to the travel information;
- and
- planning a planned travel state,
- wherein the changing of the sound source position further includes setting the sound source position to a reference position in response to an actual travel state of the vehicle represented by the travel information matching the planned travel state, and changing the sound source position to another position different from the reference position in response to the actual travel state being different from the planned travel state.
A processing method comprising:
- acquiring travel information indicating a travel state of a vehicle;
- changing a sound source position of a pseudo powertrain sound outputted in the vehicle according to the travel information;
- and
- planning a planned travel state,
- wherein the changing of the sound source position further includes setting the sound source position to a reference position in response to an actual travel state of the vehicle represented by the travel information matching the planned travel state, and changing the sound source position to another position different from the reference position in response to the actual travel state being different from the planned travel state.
