A system for controlling a child safety seat, the child safety seat comprising a base and a seat body rotatably disposed on the base, and the system comprising: a controller configured to issue a control instruction; a driving apparatus comprising a transmission mechanism and a motor, wherein the transmission mechanism is drivably connected to the seat body, the motor is coupled to the controller and is configured to drive the transmission mechanism to drive the seat body to rotate relative to the base according to the control instruction of the controller, so as to adjust an usage mode of the seat body, and the usage mode comprises a forward usage mode and a backward usage mode; and a limiting apparatus, wherein the controller is further configured to control the limiting apparatus to lock or unlock the seat body.
