A fragrance diffuser comprising a housing with airflow apertures, a fragrance cartridge containing liquid fragrance, a dispensing assembly configured to deliver liquid fragrance upon actuation, and a replaceable absorbent diffusion medium positioned within the housing. The dispensing assembly dispenses liquid fragrance directly to the absorbent diffusion medium, from which fragrance evaporates and exits the housing through the airflow apertures. In various embodiments, the dispensing assembly comprises a manually-actuated pump mechanism, a gravity-fed valve-based system, or an electronically-actuated pump. The cartridge may have a dual-neck configuration enabling a modular architecture in which a pump assembly attaches to a first neck and the resulting subassembly removably attaches to the housing via a second neck, permitting tool-free replacement of the cartridge and diffusion medium. Mounting configurations include a magnetic vent-clip interface and a multi-position mounting loop. The diffusion medium architecture provides on-demand fragrance refreshing, leak resistance, and user serviceability across all embodiments.
