Abstract
A sleeve (500, 600) for an air spring for a vehicle, includes at least a region where a rolling lobe is formed when a piston portion is raised at a maximum and a region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum. A ratio (A/B) of a sleeve thickness A in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is raised at a maximum to a sleeve thickness B in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum is within a range of 3/4to 7/1.
Claims14
A sleeve (500, 600) for an air spring for a vehicle,
- wherein the sleeve (500, 600) includes at least a region where a rolling lobe is formed when a piston portion is raised at a maximum and a region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum, and
- wherein a ratio (A/B) of a sleeve thickness A in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is raised at a maximum to a sleeve thickness B in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum is within a range of 3/4 to 7/1.
The sleeve for the air spring for a vehicle of Claim l, wherein the sleeve (500, 600) is formed to have a minimum thickness in a region in which the rolling lobe is formed when the vehicle is stopped in a drivable state.
A sleeve (500, 600) for an air spring for a vehicle,
- wherein the sleeve (500, 600) includes a lower sleeve (540, 640) coupled to a piston portion and a coupling sleeve (520, 660) coupled to the lower sleeve (540, 640),
- wherein the lower sleeve (540, 640) includes at least a region where a rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is raised at a maximum and a region where the lower sleeve (540, 640) is coupled to the coupling sleeve (520, 660), and
- wherein a ratio (A/C) of a sleeve thickness A in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is raised at a maximum to a sleeve thickness C in the region where the lower sleeve (540, 640) is coupled to the coupling sleeve (520, 660) is within a range of 3/3 to 7/3.
A sleeve (500, 600) for an air spring for a vehicle,
- wherein the sleeve (500, 600) includes a lower sleeve (540, 640) coupled to a piston portion and a coupling sleeve (520, 660) coupled to the lower sleeve (540, 640),
- wherein the lower sleeve (540, 640) includes at least a region where a rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum and a region where the lower sleeve (540, 640) is coupled to the coupling sleeve (520, 660), and
- wherein a ratio (B/C) of a sleeve thickness B in the region where the rolling lobe is formed when the piston portion is lowered at a maximum to a sleeve thickness C in the region where the lower sleeve (540, 640) is coupled to the coupling sleeve (520, 660) is within a range of 1/3 to 4/3.
