Printing system, operation system, printer, and terminal

A portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with a terminal, the portable electronic device comprising:

• a main body;
• a movement detection unit configured to detect a movement indicating that the main body is tilted, and a movement indicating that the main body is shaken;
• and
• a processor configured to:
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is tilted, transmit, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating frame-frame advance and/or frame-frame return in image reproduction on the terminal;
• and
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is shaken, transmit, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating a release of a camera included in the terminal.

A portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with a terminal, the portable electronic device comprising:

• a main body;
• a movement detection unit configured to detect a movement of the main body;
• and
• a processor configured to:
• receive, from a user, operations of the terminal to be controlled and a movement of the main body to be assigned to each operation of the terminal, and set the movement of the main body assigned to each operation of the terminal;
• and
• upon detection of the set movement of the main body, transmit, to the terminal, an operation signal for controlling the operation of the terminal corresponding to the detected movement of the main body.

A portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with a terminal configured to perform operations, the portable electronic device comprising:

• a main body;
• a movement detection unit configured to detect a movement of the main body assigned to each operation of the terminal;
• a light emitting unit;
• and
• a processor configured to, upon detection of the movement of the main body assigned to each operation of the terminal, transmit, to the terminal, an operation signal for controlling the operation of the terminal corresponding to the detected movement of the main body, and cause the light emitting unit to emit light in a light emission color and/or a light emission pattern corresponding to the detected movement of the main body.

A method of remotely operating a terminal through a portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with the terminal,

• wherein the portable electronic device performs:
• detecting, with a movement detection unit included in the portable electronic device, a movement indicating that a main body of the portable electronic device is tilted, a movement indicating that the main body is shaken, and a third movement of the main body;
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is tilted, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating a zoom of a camera included in the terminal;
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is shaken, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating a release of the camera included in the terminal;
• and
• upon detection of the third movement of the main body, acquiring status information of the portable electronic device to be displayed on a display included in the terminal, and transmitting the acquired status information to the terminal.

A method of remotely operating a terminal through a portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with the terminal,

• wherein the portable electronic device performs:
• detecting, with a movement detection unit included in the portable electronic device, a movement indicating that a main body of the portable electronic device is tilted, and a movement indicating that the main body is shaken;
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is tilted, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating frame-frame advance and/or frame-frame return in image reproduction on the terminal;
• and
• upon detection of the movement indicating that the main body is shaken, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for operating a release of a camera included in the terminal.

A method of remotely operating a terminal through a portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with the terminal,

• wherein the portable electronic device performs:
• receiving, from a user, operations of the terminal to be controlled and a movement of a main body of the portable electronic device to be assigned to each operation of the terminal, and set the movement of the main body assigned to each operation of the terminal;
• detecting, with a movement detection unit included in the portable electronic device, the set movement of the main body;
• and
• upon detection of the set movement of the main body, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for controlling the operation of the terminal corresponding to the detected movement of the main body.

A method of remotely operating a terminal configured to perform operations, through a portable electronic device capable of wirelessly communicating with the terminal,

• wherein the portable electronic device performs:
• detecting, with a movement detection unit included in the portable electronic device, a movement of a main body of the portable electronic device assigned to each operation of the terminal;
• and
• upon detection of the movement of the main body assigned to each operation of the terminal, transmitting, to the terminal, an operation signal for controlling the operation of the terminal corresponding to the detected movement of the main body, and causing a light emitting unit included in the portable electronic device to emit light in a light emission color and/or a light emission pattern corresponding to the detected movement of the main body.
