Information processing device, robot, and information processing method

A robot that includes a mover and provides a service to a user by operating the mover, the robot comprising:

• an acquisition circuitry to acquire user information including a state of the user and/or an environment around the user;
• a determination circuitry to determine a timing to provide the service by using the user information;
• and
• an operation control circuitry to generate a command for the robot to provide the service at the timing based on the timing determined, and output the command generated to the mover.

An information processing method for an information processing device that controls a robot that includes a mover and provides a service to a user by operating the mover, the information processing method comprising:

• acquiring user information including a state of the user and/or an environment around the user;
• of determining a timing to provide the service by using the user information;
• and
• generating a command for the robot to provide the service at the timing based on the timing determined.
