Abstract
A channel element according to the present disclosure, comprises a substrate, a film formed on the substrate, and a transformed portion of a part of the film, the transformed portion extending in line shape along the substrate. First channels are formed along the transformed portion between the substrate and the film delaminated on both sides of the transformed portion.

A channel element, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a film formed on the substrate;
- and
- a transformed portion of a part of the film, the transformed portion extending in line shape along the substrate, wherein
- first channels are formed along the transformed portion between the substrate and the film that is delaminated on both sides of the transformed portion.

A channel forming method including:
- forming a film on a substrate;
- and
- irradiating the film with a laser light to form a transformed portion in line shape in a part of the film, wherein the transformed portion causes delamination of the substrate and the film on both sides of the transformed portion to form first channels along the transformed portion between the substrate and the film.
