Abstract

Proposed is a system for capturing carbon dioxide and recycling carbon for use in cement manufacturing facilities. The system includes a preheater provided with multiple stages of cyclones arranged in series in a vertical direction and configured to receive and preheat a cement raw material, a calciner configured to calcine the preheated cement raw material, a kiln configured to burn the calcined cement raw material, an exhaust line connected to the cyclones of the preheater and configured to discharge an exhaust gas respectively discharged from the calciner and the kiln to an outside, and a reactor disposed on the exhaust line, configured to receive the exhaust gas and to capture carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas by reacting the exhaust gas with a basic alkaline mixture solution, to collect a reactant containing the captured carbon dioxide, and to separate a carbon dioxide reactant and a waste solution from the reactant.
