Abstract
It is determined whether a predetermined condition that is satisfied when no walking character exists at a position close to an empty machine is satisfied. If the predetermined condition is satisfied, the empty machine is brought into a state in which a walking character cannot board the empty machine. If the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the empty machine is not brought into a state in which a walking character cannot board the empty machine.
Claims18
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having stored therein instructions that, when executed, cause one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- executing a first multiplayer game in which a plurality of participating characters participate;
- and
- in the first multiplayer game,
- if a first condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between a first participating character and a rideable object not being ridden by any of the plurality of participating characters among a plurality of rideable objects placed in a first game stage is a first positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a second positional relationship closer than the first positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to board the rideable object,
- causing the first participating character riding a rideable object to transition to a state of not riding the rideable object, in response to at least a first instruction based on an operation input,
- if the first participating character is riding a rideable object, performing control of the first participating character, including at least movement in the first game stage, in response to a second instruction based on an operation input, based on a first in‑game parameter based on the rideable object being ridden by the first participating character,
- if at least the first participating character is riding a rideable object and a second condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between the first participating character and an in-game item placed in the first game stage is a third positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a fourth positional relationship closer than the third positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to acquire the in-game item,
- determining the first in‑game parameter corresponding to the rideable object being ridden by the first participating character, further based on the in-game item acquired by the first participating character, and
- in a first scene, if a third instruction to cause a second participating character to attack a rideable object not being ridden by any of the plurality of participating characters is performed,
- determining whether or not a third condition is satisfied, the third condition being satisfied when the first participating character not riding a rideable object does not exist at a position that satisfies the first condition with reference to a position of the rideable object,
- if the third condition is satisfied, setting a state of the rideable object to a state in which at least the first participating character cannot board the rideable object, and
- if the third condition is not satisfied, not setting the state of the rideable object to a state in which the first participating character cannot board the rideable object.
A game system comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having stored therein instructions that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- executing a first multiplayer game in which a plurality of participating characters participate;
- and
- in the first multiplayer game,
- if a first condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between a first participating character and a rideable object not being ridden by any of the plurality of participating characters among a plurality of rideable objects placed in a first game stage is a first positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a second positional relationship closer than the first positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to board the rideable object,
- causing the first participating character riding a rideable object to transition to a state of not riding the rideable object, in response to at least a first instruction based on an operation input,
- if the first participating character is riding a rideable object, performing control of the first participating character, including at least movement in the first game stage, in response to a second instruction based on an operation input, based on a first in‑game parameter based on the rideable object being ridden by the first participating character,
- if at least the first participating character is riding a rideable object and a second condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between the first participating character and an in-game item placed in the first game stage is a third positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a fourth positional relationship closer than the third positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to acquire the in-game item,
- determining the first in‑game parameter corresponding to the rideable object being ridden by the first participating character, further based on the in-game item acquired by the first participating character, and
- in a first scene, if a third instruction to cause a second participating character to attack a rideable object not being ridden by any of the plurality of participating characters is performed,
- determining whether or not a third condition is satisfied, the third condition being satisfied when the first participating character not riding a rideable object does not exist at a position that satisfies the first condition with reference to a position of the rideable object,
- if the third condition is satisfied, setting a state of the rideable object to a state in which at least the first participating character cannot board the rideable object, and
- if the third condition is not satisfied, not setting the state of the rideable object to a state in which the first participating character cannot board the rideable object.
A game apparatus comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having stored therein instructions that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- executing a first multiplayer game in which a plurality of participating characters participate;
- and
- in the first multiplayer game,
- if a first condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between a first participating character and a rideable object not being ridden by any of the plurality of participating characters among a plurality of rideable objects placed in a first game stage is a first positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a second positional relationship closer than the first positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to board the rideable object,
- causing the first participating character riding a rideable object to transition to a state of not riding the rideable object, in response to at least a first instruction based on an operation input,
- if the first participating character is riding a rideable object, performing control of the first participating character, including at least movement in the first game stage, in response to a second instruction based on an operation input, based on a first in‑game parameter based on the rideable object being ridden by the first participating character,
- if at least the first participating character is riding a rideable object and a second condition that is not satisfied when a positional relationship between the first participating character and an in-game item placed in the first game stage is a third positional relationship and that is satisfied when the positional relationship is a fourth positional relationship closer than the third positional relationship is satisfied, causing the first participating character to acquire the in-game item,
