Abstract
A golf cart with a customizable display system comprises a body structure configured to accommodate passengers, a roof assembly supported above the body structure, and a roof display integrated into the roof assembly. The roof display comprises a plurality of light emitters arranged in a pattern and configured to emit light downward toward occupants of the golf cart. The golf cart further comprises a front cowl forming a front section of the golf cart and a front display positioned on the front cowl and configured to present visual information to external observers. A control module is operatively connected to the roof display and the front display, the control module configured to control visual output of the roof display and the front display.
Claims20
A golf cart with a customizable display system, comprising:
- a body structure configured to accommodate passengers;
- a roof assembly supported above the body structure;
- a roof display integrated into the roof assembly, the roof display comprising a plurality of light emitters arranged in a pattern and configured to emit light downward toward occupants of the golf cart;
- a front cowl forming a front section of the golf cart;
- a front display positioned on the front cowl and configured to present visual information to external observers;
- and
- a control module operatively connected to the roof display and the front display, the control module configured to control visual output of the roof display and the front display.
A golf cart display system, comprising:
- a roof display configured to be integrated into a roof assembly of a golf cart, the roof display comprising a plurality of light emitters arranged to emit light toward occupants of the golf cart;
- a cover panel positioned over the plurality of light emitters;
- a front display configured to be positioned on a front cowl of the golf cart and configured to present visual content to external observers;
- a control module operatively connected to the roof display and the front display;
- and
- a user interface configured to allow a user to adjust parameters of the roof display and the front display.
A method for enhancing a golf cart experience, comprising:
- displaying, via a roof display integrated into a roof assembly of a golf cart, customizable lighting patterns visible to occupants of the golf cart, wherein the roof display comprises a plurality of light emitters;
- presenting, via a front display positioned on a front cowl of the golf cart, visual information to external observers;
- and
- controlling, via a control module operatively connected to the roof display and the front display, the customizable lighting patterns and the visual information based on at least one of user input, sensor data, or external stimuli.
