Abstract
A training device for boxers and martial arts fighters having: a base; a hollow vertical post mounted onto the base having a top opening; a rotating arm having a bottom portion received down into the top opening of the vertical post and a top portion extending radially outwards from the hollow vertical post; a positioning system in the hollow vertical post for adjusting the height of the rotating arm; and a strike pad at a distal end of the top portion of the rotating arm.

A training device for boxers and martial arts fighters comprising:
- a base;
- a hollow vertical post mounted onto the base, the hollow vertical post having a top opening;
- a rotating arm having a bottom portion received down into the top opening of the vertical post and a top portion extending radially outwards from the hollow vertical post;
- a positioning system in the hollow vertical post for adjusting the height of the rotating arm;
- and
- a strike pad at a distal end of the top portion of the rotating arm.
