An exercise device includes a first board, a second board, and a device may include an extremity platform coupled to the second board. The device may include one or more lighting support arms coupled to the second board, each of the one or more lighting support arms may include one or more lights and configured to adjustably bend to desired orientations.

- a second board;
- an extremity platform coupled to the second board;
