Abstract
A multifunctional fitness device comprises an abdominal exercise component and a flat support component. The abdominal exercise component comprises a base and a traveling wheel assembly arranged on the base to make the base movable. The flat support component comprises a support plate and an armrest arranged on the support plate. Elbow support portions are provided at a top of the support plate. When in use, it can meet the different exercise requirements of different users. The disassembled components can be stacked and stored, solving the problem of large volume of conventional fitness equipment.

A multifunctional fitness device, comprising an abdominal exercise component and a flat support component, wherein the abdominal exercise component comprises a base and a traveling wheel assembly arranged on the base to make the base movable, the flat support component comprises a support plate and an armrest arranged on the support plate, and elbow support portions are provided at a top of the support plate;
- when in use, user's elbows are supported on the elbow support portions and hands grasp the armrest;
- the flat support component and/or the abdominal exercise component can be used independently;
- and the support plate is detachably arranged at a top of the base to form an elbow support abdominal exercise wheel.
