An exercise device comprising:
- an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe, the upper frame comprising an adjustable width to fit a range of doorframe depths;
- a lower frame comprising:
- a cross-member configured to brace the lower frame against the doorframe, and
- one or more handles coupled to the lower frame;
- and
- a first telescoping assembly, comprising:
- a first hollow portion defined by the upper frame, and
- a first post coupled to the lower frame, wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first hollow portion defined by the upper frame,
- wherein the first telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.
An exercise device comprising:
- an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe and engage with two sides of the doorframe, the upper frame comprising an adjustable width to fit a range of doorframe depths;
- a lower frame comprising:
- a cross-member configured to brace the lower frame against the doorframe, and
- one or more handles coupled to the lower frame;
- and
- a first telescoping assembly, comprising:
- a first hollow portion defined by the lower frame, and
- a first post coupled to the upper frame, wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first hollow portion defined by the lower frame,
- wherein the first telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.
An exercise device comprising:
- an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe, the upper frame comprising an adjustable width to fit a range of doorframe depths;
- a lower frame comprising one or more handles;
- and
- a telescoping mechanism,
- wherein the telescoping mechanism is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.
