Abstract
The present application provides a training device, comprising: an underframe assembly, wherein a stand is disposed at an end of the underframe assembly; a sliding assembly, slidably disposed on the underframe assembly along a longitudinal direction; and the sliding assembly is provided with a plurality of connecting holes, arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction; a direction changing member, disposed on the stand; and, a pull rope, wherein a first end of the pull rope is detachably connected with the sliding assembly through any one of the plurality of connecting holes, and a second end of the pull rope is used to connect a torso of a user for training after bypassing the direction changing member.

A training device, comprising:
- an underframe assembly, wherein a stand is disposed at an end of the underframe assembly;
- a sliding assembly, slidably disposed on the underframe assembly along a longitudinal direction;
- and the sliding assembly is provided with a plurality of connecting holes, arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction;
- a direction changing member, disposed on the stand;
- and,
- a pull rope, wherein a first end of the pull rope is detachably connected with the sliding assembly through any one of the plurality of connecting holes, and a second end of the pull rope is used to connect a torso of a user for training after bypassing the direction changing member.
