Abstract
An exercise assembly may include a first panel including a first panel opening and a second panel opening. Each panel includes a plurality of resilient members tensioned across a panel opening in a pattern. The patterns of the panels provides planes of resistance. The exercise assembly may include a frame comprising a slot configured to receive the first panel and the second panel, a plurality of walls defining a hollow section configured to couple with the first panel and the second panel, and a frame opening arranged in parallel with the first panel opening and the second panel opening when the first panel and the second panel are positioned inside the frame.

An exercise system comprising:
- an exercise assembly comprising:
- a first panel comprising a first panel opening and a first plurality of resilient members tensioned across the first panel opening in a first pattern;
- a second panel comprising a second panel opening and a second plurality of resilient members tensioned across the second panel opening in a second pattern, wherein the first pattern of the first plurality of resilient members and the second pattern of the second plurality of resilient members provide planes of resistance;
- and
- a frame comprising:
- a slot configured to receive the first panel and the second panel;
- a plurality of walls defining a hollow section configured to couple with the first panel and the second panel;
- and
- a frame opening arranged in parallel with the first panel opening and the second panel opening when the first panel and the second panel are positioned inside the frame.
A panel of an exercise assembly, the panel comprising:
- a border defining a panel opening, and
- a plurality of resilient members tensioned across the panel opening and comprising at least one of a texturized element, a vibration-producing element, or a temperature-conditioning element.
An exercise assembly comprising:
- a first panel comprising:
- a first border defining a first panel opening, and
- a first plurality of resilient members arranged in a first pattern across the first panel opening;
- and
- a second panel comprising:
- a second border defining a second panel opening, and
- a second plurality of resilient members arranged in a second pattern across the second panel opening;
- and
- an attachment mechanism configured to couple the first border and the second border such that the first panel opening is parallel with the second panel opening.
