Abstract
A phototherapy device is provided. The phototherapy device includes a substrate, a light-emitting unit, a driving structure and a first heat-conducting layer. The substrate includes a first surface, a second surface, and a plurality of through holes each connected between the first surface and the second surface. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the first surface. The driving structure is disposed in one of the plurality of through holes, and is electrically connected with the light-emitting unit. The heat-conducting layer is disposed in another one of the plurality of through holes.
Claims20
A phototherapy device, comprising:
- a substrate including a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and a plurality of through holes connecting the first surface and the second surface;
- a light-emitting unit disposed on the first surface;
- a driving structure disposed in one of the plurality of through holes and electrically connected to the light-emitting unit;
- and
- a first heat-conducting layer disposed in another one of the plurality of through holes.
