Delivery system for placement of a leadless pacemaker device in a body including: a catheter device for insertion into the body having a lumen and a distal end for insertion into the body, the lumen configured to receive a leadless pacemaker device in the distal end; first and second mapping electrodes disposed in the distal end for sensing a mapping signal between the first and second mapping electrodes; the first mapping electrode arranged on a mapping extension protruding from a sidewall of the distal end towards a central axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the catheter device; the mapping extension movable with respect to the sidewall between non-mapping and mapping positions, wherein an angle between the mapping extension and a virtual plane extending perpendicular to the central axis is bigger than 5° in the non-mapping position and in a range of from 0° to 5° in the mapping position.
