Flexible neural electrode assembly

A flexible neural electrode assembly comprising:

• a flexible electrode made of a flexible material, the flexible electrode comprising a proximal contact portion, a lead connection portion, a distal electrode portion, and an auxiliary implantation portion sequentially connected along a length direction of the flexible electrode, wherein the distal electrode portion and the auxiliary implantation portion are used for being implanted into a target tissue, and the distal electrode portion comprises at least one electrode site for applying electrical stimulation to the target tissue and/or acquiring potential signals of the target tissue;
• a traction member acting on the auxiliary implantation portion to implant the flexible electrode toward a target area via the auxiliary implantation portion;
• an auxiliary fixing assembly connected to a surface of the target tissue and/or an accessory anatomical structure of the target tissue, wherein the flexible electrode and the traction member both penetrate through the auxiliary fixing assembly for implantation into the target tissue;
• an elastic sealing member sleeved outside the flexible electrode and the traction member, wherein the elastic sealing member is configured to abut against the auxiliary fixing assembly at least after the distal electrode portion is implanted into the target tissue to a preset depth, and to deform under the action of the auxiliary fixing assembly to compress the flexible electrode, such that the distal electrode portion of the flexible electrode is fixed at the preset depth, and the flexible electrode is sealingly connected to the auxiliary fixing assembly via the elastic sealing member.
